Appeals
concerning granted Titles
The following
persons shall have the right to appeal against decision to accept
application, grant or refuse to grant protection title of the
NOIP:
a) An applicant
shall have the right to appeal against the rejection of an application
for a protection title or rejection of its grant;
b) A person
requesting substantive examination for invention or utility solution
shall have the right to appeal against the decision to grant of
a protection title without being subject to pay a fees;
c) Any third
party shall have the right to appeal against a decision to grant
a protection title upon payment of the due fees.
