Mach is a partner of the firm's Ho Chi Minh office, specializing in preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property. He has been involved in the field of intellectual property for 8 years. 

       Prior to joining the firm, he studied at Bochum University in Germany where he received his Bachelor of Laws in 1978.

       He is a member of INTA, ECTA and AIPPI.
