As a partner of WINCO, Mr. Te practices in Hanoi office. He graduated from the Military Institute of Technology, Hanoi Law University and the University of Foreign Languages. He worked as a lecturer at the Military Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1992.

      Then, he began getting involved in the field of intellectual property (IP) and worked as Head of Patent Department and of IP Division for several IP law firms before joining WINCO. 

      Mr. Te is highly expert in patent and industrial design matters, especially in such the fields of technology as telecommunications, electronics, electrical and mechanical engineering, ranging from search of patent information, preparation and prosecution of applications to contentious work. He has taken part in various advanced IP courses in Vietnam and overseas. 

      He has also been invited to act as a lecturer at numerous national and international seminars.

      He is now a member of APAA, INTA, ECTA, VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association) and VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
