Dung is a graduate of the University of Finance and Accountancy where she received her Bachelor of Accountancy. She was also awarded her Bachelor of English at the University of Foreign Languages. 

     She has taken part in a training program on the Protection and Enforcement of IPRs in Vietnam between the University of Finance and Accountancy and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Association).
