Quan is a graduate of Hanoi
Law University and the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.
Prior to working for WINCO, he was an examiner of the
National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
He is well experienced in evaluation, examination of
the registrability of industrial property, representing
clients in the areas of maintenance of validity of trademark
certificates, renewal, transfer...
He is one of the members of VIPA (Vietnam Industrial
Property Association), INTA (International Trademark
Association) and ECTA (European Communities Trade
Mark Association).
