Duong is a member of the Patent Department. He graduated from the Military Institute of Technology and Hanoi Law University. He is now one of the Military Institute of Technology's lecturers. 

     He is highly experienced in the fields of translation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications as well as in appeal and opposition to the grant of Patents.
