Hoc is a graduate of the University of Foreign Languages where
she received her Bachelor of English.
She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property
by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam.
She is in charge of registration, renewal, prosecution of
trademark applications, trademark litigation at the People's Supreme
Court, and advisory service on the protection of trademarks
in Vietnam.
