Lan graduated from Ha Noi University of Technology (Chemical Technology).

       She was also awarded her Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

       Her practice emphasis is on the areas of patent and copyright law including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.
