Chien graduated from Hanoi Foreign Trade College and the University
of Foreign Languages. He was awarded his Certificate of Intellectual
Property by JIII and AOTS (Japan). His law and agency practice encompasses
such matters on patent and relating IP rights as translation,
preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the field
of electronics and computer technology, providing advice on strategies
for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property rights.
He was awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by the NOIP
of Vietnam. He is an active member of VIPA , VAL, APAA, INTA, ECTA
and AIPPI.
