Mr. Minh was awarded his Master of Mining Exploration at Polytechnic University (former USSR). Then he received his Master of Intellectual Property at Western New England College School of Law. 

       His law and agency practice encompasses such matters on patent and relating IP rights as preparation and prosecution of patent applications in geology, minerals and physics, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
