Loan, is a graduate of the Hanoi University of Foreign Trade and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, Chinese Department. She has been involved in intellectual property for 5 years. She was awarded a Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

      Her law and agency practice encompasses drafting and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally.
