Chinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. He is a member of the litigation department.

       He received a Master in intellectual property at University of Michigan Law School. He obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by National Office of Intellectual Property.
He has given numerous lectures at universities and international seminars on intellectual property law.

       He has been involved in intellectual property and has handled civil, criminal cases as well as the business disputes for many times.

       He is one of the active members of ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).
