Lan graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages.

     Her practice emphasis is on the areas of patent and copyright law including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, representing clients in patent opposition and cancellation proceedings, and providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
